Michal Topolski

Michal holds an MA in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Edinburgh. He’s especially interested in the therapeutic potential of psychedelics, particularly in work with anxiety and depression, and brings a steady mindfulness practice into both his professional and personal life through meditation and related approaches.

His understanding of wellbeing is wide-ranging and practical. Alongside his clinical interests, he’s a strong advocate for the therapeutic and transpersonal value of nature connection. He also has a long-standing commitment to food and healthy eating, shaped by more than 15 years working as a chef across the UK.

He is currently completing a Professional Certificate in Psychedelic Practice, continuing to deepen his skills and grounding in this evolving field.
